Get ready to fall head over heels for these three new Costco finds:
Tiramisu cheesecake
Costco’s in-house desserts are a major draw, particularly the Kirkland Signature 12-inch Cheesecake, which has been a long-time favorite among shoppers. The retailer is now generating excitement with a new item: a 12-inch, 4.5-pound Tiramisu, a coffee-flavored twist on their classic cheesecake.
According to Reddit, sightings of Costco’s tiramisu cheesecake first appeared in early February. The dessert, priced at $23.99, is now being rolled out nationwide, but not all locations have it in stock. Meanwhile, stores where it’s already available are struggling to keep it on the shelves.
The reviewer found a cheesecake in Pennsylvania that meets all their expectations, combining the flavors of an espresso cheesecake with the light texture of mascarpone cheese, making it similar to both cheesecake and tiramisu.
Cotton Candy Kit Kats
For several years, Kit Kat has been partnering with various brands, combining its chocolate-covered wafer treat with items such as churros, pink lemonade, raspberry creme, and more. However, it is now exploring new territory by teaming up with cotton candy. The Cotton Candy Kit Kat is only available at Costco and can be found in the store’s Kit Kat variety pack, which also includes chocolate and vanilla. This variety pack, priced at $16.99, contains 100 snack-sized pieces, so approximately one-third (or roughly 33) of them will be the cotton candy flavor.
Opinions on the Cotton Candy Kit Kat are divided on Reddit, with some people objecting to the idea of sugar spun sugar mixing with Kit Kats, but for those open to new flavors or who have kids who love cotton candy, it may be a pleasant surprise. “I’ll admit it, I’ve enjoyed every new flavor except vanilla – to me, it just tastes like white chocolate,” says Redditor Rich_Disaster5202.
A shopper in Washington State was the first to report finding these Kit Kats at a local Costco in early February. It’s uncertain when they will be available in all stores across the country, but this flavor is likely to be a temporary offering, meaning once they’re out of stock, they won’t be restocked.
Slice
We’re thrilled to see a beloved brand make a comeback, and Slice, which first emerged as a Sprite competitor in the 80s, is back in a big way. Although it’s only available in select Costco locations, this time around, Slice is more than just a copycat of Sprite. Instead, it’s being marketed as a healthier soda option, similar to Poppi and Olipop. In its new iteration, Slice comes in a range of flavors, including orange, lemon-lime, classic cola, and grapefruit spritz.
According to a Costco subreddit, an eight-pack of Slice at Costco costs $12.99, which breaks down to $1.62 per can. The pack includes four cans each of orange and lemon-lime flavors. It’s no surprise that Costco is among the first retailers to carry Slice, as the company has a pre-existing relationship with Suja Life, the brand’s owner, which also produces juices that Costco has been selling for a long time.
I really enjoyed the lemon lime flavor, it’s very refreshing. My suggestion would be to convince your friends and family to buy other flavors in bulk, then you can stock up on the lemon lime ones for yourself.
What else is happening at Costco in the year 2025?
Costco is revamping its beverage selection, replacing Pepsi products with Coke. Meanwhile, the company has also made a significant change to its gas stations. The extended hours are a response to customer complaints about the limited availability of discounted gas. Starting at 6 a.m. every day of the week, customers can now fill up at the pump. Gas stations will be open until 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday, until 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays, and until 7:30 p.m. on Sundays. However, it’s worth noting that these hours may be different in California and Hawaii.
